Get Orderbook

GET

/v1/perps/orderbook/{pair}

Return the top 5 levels of bids and asks for the pair. Each level is a three-element array
[price, quantity, orderCount]; the best price is first on each side. Depth is fixed at 5
levels per side. updatedAt is the book time in epoch milliseconds.
