Accept xStock terms

/v1/account/xstock-terms
Accepts the agreements required to enable trading of xStock pairs on an account. Accounts cannot trade xStock pairs until the applicable terms have been accepted. Only main account API credentials are permitted to access this endpoint - requests made using sub-account API credentials will be rejected. Acceptance is applied at the account level and enables xStock trading for the main account and all associated sub-accounts.
