Get Perps Pairs

GET

/v1/perps/pairs

Return the trading rules for every enabled perps pair. This is the source of truth for
minMarginAmount, minMarginIncrement, minNotional, priceDecimalPlaces,
baseDecimalPlaces, per-pair maxLeverage, per-pair riskLimit, and fee rates.
